LADYWOOD PROJECT
Ladywood Project has been helping families and individuals in the Ladywood community for over 30 years. They provide help and support to residents who are suffering from financial hardship and
support families and their children with subsidised leisure and activities also
practical help with the provision of school uniform and fuel emergencies The project also works closely with the local credit
union to provide financial resources to residents.

KARIS NEIGHBOUR SCHEME
KARIS NEIGHBOUR SCHEME is a local and responsive charity. Offering befriending and neighbourly help and support for older people also families with children. Also partnering with local groups to run the Ladywood Community Advice service and the Ladywood Job Club.
BIRMINGHAM CENTRAL FOODBANK
Birmingham Central Foodbank provides emergency food and support to local people in crisis. The foodbank is part of the Trussell Trust‘s UK-wide network of over 424 foodbanks. Central Ladywood is the base for Birmingham Central Foodbank. The project is led by Birmingham City Church working together with other local churches and agencies
BABY BANK CENTRAL
Baby Bank Central is a Project of Karis Neighbour Scheme supporting new mothers who are struggling to meet the financial cost of having a new baby.
SUITED FOR SUCCESS
Based in Ladywood Suited for Success supports unemployed men and women into work by providing FREE interview clothing and interview coaching. The charity organisation also works with local partnering organisations to run the weekly Ladywood Job Club.

LADYWOOD LEISURE CENTRE
Ladywood Leisure Centre sits in the heart of Ladywood. The state-of-the-art leisure centre is operated by Birmingham Community Leisure Trust (BCLT) and managed by Serco Leisure, housing a health club, exercise studios; a 25m, eight-lane swimming pool with spectator area, sauna, steam room; and café.
LADYWOOD SCHOOLS
The Ladywood Helpers are also working together with local schools in Ladywood and the immediate surrounding areas including St John and St Peter's CE Academy and St George's CE Primary School to ensure families with children in the Ladywood area are supported.
ST JOHN'S & ST PETER'S CHURCH
Led by Reverend Ian Harper, St. John's and St. Peter's Church is a Church of England church based in central Ladywood.
Church Alive
Church Alive is a community church which normally meets in the Ladywood Community Centre. Inspired by our faith in Jesus Christ, we've got a big heart for Ladywood.

Birmingham Central Baptist Church is a community church based in the Ladywood area offering weekly church services and a number of community activities.
